Living Quarters was thrilled to be a part of the vibrant Holy Ramadan Expos in Mombasa in both 2024 and 2025. These events provided a wonderful platform to showcase the beauty and artistry of handmade creations from diverse cultures, fostering a deeper appreciation for global craftsmanship right here in Kenya.
We were especially honored by the visit of the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Tourism, Culture, and Trade in Mombasa County, Mohamed Osman Ali. His keen interest in our exhibits and his insightful comments on our efforts to promote handmade items from various countries were truly encouraging. CECM Ali recognized the significant role Living Quarters plays in building strong cultural and trade relations between India and Kenya, a mission we hold close to our hearts.

We were delighted to see CECM Ali explore the wide array of goods on display and were particularly pleased that he acquired several items during his visit. His genuine admiration for the quality and uniqueness of the handmade products, especially the Indian home furnishings and decorative items, was a testament to the skilled artisans we collaborate with.
CECM Ali’s positive feedback and his well wishes for our continued success in Kenya deeply resonate with us. His support reinforces our commitment to bringing exceptional handmade pieces to the Kenyan market and contributing to the growth of cultural exchange and trade.
The Mombasa Ramadan Expos were more than just a marketplace; they were a celebration of culture, connection, and the incredible talent of artisans. Living Quarters is proud to be a bridge that brings these beautiful creations to you, and we look forward to continuing to enrich homes and foster relationships through the power of handmade.
